Add owners and administrators #
- Login to your business profile.
- Click on your business and wait for it to open the profile in the Google search engine.
- Then under Business Profile Settings and select People and Access. This section is located in the 3 dots to the right of the profile name.
- In the upper left corner, select Add.
- Enter the email address you want to grant access.
- In the ‘Access’ section, choose the administrator option.
- Click Invite.

- Guests will be able to accept the invitation immediately, and you will receive an email notification.
- You can see all the active users and the pending invitations in the People and Access section.
Important information: The new owner or administrator will have to wait 7 days to have full access to all the functions of the business profile. During this period, certain actions will be limited.
Remove owners and administrators #
- Go to your business profile.
- Click Menu, then click Business Profile Settings and select Administrators.
- Select the person you want to remove and click ‘Remove Person’.
NOTE:
- If you try to remove the main owner, you must first transfer the main property to another person and then remove the user.
- Only owners can remove other owners and administrators.
Modify owners’ and administrators’ access #
- Access your business profile.
- Click Menu, then click Business Profile Settings and select Administrators.
- Select the person whose access you want to modify.
- Choose the new role: Principal Owner, Owner, or Administrator.
- Click Save.
